The name名字的由来
Why "Primitive People"?为什么叫原始人？
Yuan Shi Ren means "the primitive people". Long before restaurants, they were the first to gather around a fire, share what came off it and stay up talking. That is still the best way to eat."原始人"是最早围着火堆吃东西的一群人。那时候没有餐厅，只有一把火、一块肉和一群围坐聊天的人。我们觉得，这依然是最好的吃法。
So we kept it simple: meat, seafood and vegetables on bamboo skewers, grilled to order and dusted with a punchy house spice mix. Folding camping chairs, wooden tables, lanterns, enamel mugs. And our caveman on the wall keeping an eye on the fire.所以我们把事情变简单：肉、海鲜、蔬菜串在竹签上，现点现烤，再撒一把够味的自家香料。折叠露营椅、木桌、马灯、搪瓷杯，还有墙上那位拿着长矛的原始人，替大家看着火。
